Криптовалютная биржа Binance в этот четверг объявила о грядущих изменениях в порядке проведения начальных биржевых размещений (IEO) на её платформе Binance Launchpad.
В ходе следующего (седьмого) IEO для участия в отборочной лотерее пользователям потребуется держать токены BNB на протяжении 7 дней. Для восьмого IEO будет установлен период хранения BNB в 15 дней, а для последующих – 30 дней. Для последнего IEO Elrond это значение составляло 9 дней.
❗️Кроме того, в ходе следующих кампаний срок отсчёта хранения BNB может быть запущен ещё до официального анонса IEO. «Например, если восьмое IEO изначально будет объявлено 7 августа, а период хранения BNB будет заканчиваться 13 августа, в зачёт пойдут данные об остатках по счетам пользователей с 30 июля», - пишет биржа.
Вместо случайного времени фиксации балансов, как это было в ходе нескольких последних кампаний, регистрация остатков по счетам пользователей снова будет осуществляться ежедневно в 0:00 по всемирному координированному времени (03:00 МСК).
✔️Токены BNB, находящиеся на маржинальных счетах, для участия в отборочной лотерее учитываться не будут.
🔽Также была обновлена структура распределения билетов. При минимальном остатке в 50 BNB пользователь сможет получить 5 билетов, а если на его счету будет находиться свыше 250 BNB – 25 билетов. Ранее максимальное ограничение составляло 500 BNB – за этот объём токенов предлагалось получить 5 билетов. Также были внесены изменения в распределение билетов по промежуточным уровням.

This Thursday Binance Cryptocurrency Exchange announced upcoming changes in the order of the initial exchange offerings (IEO) on its Binance Launchpad platform.
During the next (seventh) IEO, users will need to hold BNB tokens for 7 days to participate in the qualifying lottery. For the eighth IEO, the BNB retention period will be set to 15 days, and for the next, 30 days. For the last IEO Elrond, this value was 9 days.
❗️In addition, during the following campaigns, the BNB retention period may be launched even before the official announcement of IEO. “For example, if the eighth IEO is initially announced on August 7, and the BNB storage period ends on August 13, data on user account balances from July 30 will be credited,” the exchange writes.
Instead of a random balance fixing time, as was the case during the last few campaigns, the registration of user account balances will again be carried out daily at 0:00 am UTC (03:00 GMT).
B BNB tokens on margin accounts will not be counted for participation in the qualifying lottery.
🔽The ticket distribution structure was also updated. With a minimum balance of 50 BNB, the user will be able to get 5 tickets, and if there are more than 250 BNB on his account - 25 tickets. Криптовалютная биржа Binance в этот четверг объявила о грядущих изменениях в порядке проведения начальных биржевых размещений (IEO) на её платформе Binance Launchpad.
В ходе следующего (седьмого) IEO для участия в отборочной лотерее пользователям потребуется держать токены BNB на протяжении 7 дней. Для восьмого IEO будет установлен период хранения BNB в 15 дней, а для последующих – 30 дней. Для последнего IEO Elrond это значение составляло 9 дней.
❗️Кроме того, в ходе следующих кампаний срок отсчёта хранения BNB может быть запущен ещё до официального анонса IEO. «Например, если восьмое IEO изначально будет объявлено 7 августа, а период хранения BNB будет заканчиваться 13 августа, в зачёт пойдут данные об остатках по счетам пользователей с 30 июля», - пишет биржа.
Вместо случайного времени фиксации балансов, как это было в ходе нескольких последних кампаний, регистрация остатков по счетам пользователей снова будет осуществляться ежедневно в 0:00 по всемирному координированному времени (03:00 МСК).
✔️Токены BNB, находящиеся на маржинальных счетах, для участия в отборочной лотерее учитываться не будут.
🔽Также была обновлена структура распределения билетов. При минимальном остатке в 50 BNB пользователь сможет получить 5 билетов, а если на его счету будет находиться свыше 250 BNB – 25 билетов. Ранее максимальное ограничение составляло 500 BNB – за этот объём токенов предлагалось получить 5 билетов. Также были внесены изменения в распределение билетов по промежуточным уровням.

This Thursday Binance Cryptocurrency Exchange announced upcoming changes in the order of the initial exchange offerings (IEO) on its Binance Launchpad platform.
During the next (seventh) IEO, users will need to hold BNB tokens for 7 days to participate in the qualifying lottery. For the eighth IEO, the BNB retention period will be set to 15 days, and for the next, 30 days. For the last IEO Elrond, this value was 9 days.
❗️In addition, during the following campaigns, the BNB retention period may be launched even before the official announcement of IEO. “For example, if the eighth IEO is initially announced on August 7, and the BNB storage period ends on August 13, data on user account balances from July 30 will be credited,” the exchange writes.
Instead of a random balance fixing time, as was the case during the last few campaigns, the registration of user account balances will again be carried out daily at 0:00 am UTC (03:00 GMT).
B BNB tokens on margin accounts will not be counted for participation in the qualifying lottery.
🔽The ticket distribution structure was also updated. With a minimum balance of 50 BNB, the user will be able to get 5 tickets, and if there are more than 250 BNB on his account - 25 tickets. Previously, the maximum limit was 500 BNB - for this amount of tokens it was offered to get 5 tickets. Also, changes were made to the distribution of tickets by intermediate levels.

При этом пользователям, которые будут предоставлять свои средства для кредитов, будут выплачиваться проценты — 15% годовых для BNB, 14.6% для ETC и 10% для USDT. Проценты будут выплачиваться каждые 14 дней.
На первоначальном этапе общий объем кредитов на сервисе Binance Lending будет ограничен 200 000 BNB, 10 млн USDT и 20 000 ETC. При этом отдельный пользователь не сможет предоставить для кредитования более 500 BNB, 1 млн USDT и 1 000 ETC.

A new study from Binance Research shows that many miners fork Bitcoin SV (BSV) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) demonstrate irrational behavior from an economic point of view, since mining Bitcoin (BTC) would bring them much greater profit. So, BCH miners lost $ 7.7 million of potential profit that they could get on bitcoin mining. Those who mined BSV suffered even more losses - $ 12.5 million.
Analysts concluded that BSV and BCH miners spend their resources not for economic reasons, but for “ideological” or some other reasons: “Our findings indicate that the work of miners may be irrational due to ideological or other non-economic factors, which are beyond the scope of this study. ”

The mining pool of the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, a month and a half after the launch, became the eighth largest Bitcoin system. This was noticed by CEO Binance Changpen Zhao.
✅According to the statistics provided by Zhao from the BTC.com portal, Binance Pool accounts for 4.55 EH / s, or 4.23% of the total hashrate. In the overall ranking, Binance Pool is adjacent to the pools of two other competing exchanges: OKEx and Huobi.
🔺Zhao also made a reference to his earlier post on April 27, when he announced the launch of Binance Pool, the 11th largest at that time. ✅According to the Binance announcement, users can use ASIC and GPU miners to start mining ETHW. After setting up the equipment, miners have access to statistics on hashrate and daily earnings. The company emphasizes that support for ETHW mining does not mean the listing of this token on the exchange. Additionally, Binance does not currently support deposits in ETHW. Users can only convert ETHW to BUSD and USDT stablecoins.
On September 15, the Ethereum network made the transition from the Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm, the way to earn coins on the network changed from mining to staking. As a result of the update, a fork was also launched, which continues to work on PoW.
